Quickly enough, new customers such as Alcatel-Lucent Huawei Telecommunications and Tellabs came our way. Promoter Name: SUDHAKARA REDDY T.N

Mr. Sudhakara Reddy T.N has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from SIT, Bangalore University in the year 2001.

Joined private organization in March-2002 as Engineer Projects, traveled across India for Executing Telecom projects to the clients like BSNL, VSNL, Reliance Infocomm & Bharti Airtel on behalf of Nortel Networks and Alcatel.

Trained in Australia on Optical Networks in Nortel Networks Asia pacific training centre located in TAFE Unversity, Sydney.

In the Year 2005 started Teleindia Networks along with college mate and friend Mr. Rajashekar G.A. Successfully brought forward the Organization and acquired client base across the country. As a Director of Teleindia Networks driven projects in India and abroad successfully.

In August-2007 moved on to Power Sector as a Class-1 officer by handing over charge to newly inducted Director Mr. Shivakumar Bava Reddy to drive the organization forward.

Promoter Name: RAJASHEKAR G. A

Mr. Rajashekar G.A has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BIT, Bangalore University in the year 2001.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for the organization of Teleindia networks and the management of the operations. It develops guidelines and instructions for the day-to-day operations, managed by the Managing and Executive Director. In turn, the Managing and Executive Director ensures the Board is updated regularly on events of importance to the Parent Company, including business development, results, financial position and liquidity of the Group.

Today Preethi K reddy heads Legal, Business Planning, Treasury and Controllership. Preethi K Reddy has accomplished a number of significant milestones for Teleindia.

She Joined Teleindia on March 2007 as a Director, since then she was responsible for creating, building, and managing the Telecom Engineering and Electrical services & providing a network and hosting to the financial community. She took forward the business and marked YoY growth of Teleindia.

In January 2011 she became Managing Director and accomplished a number of significant milestones for Teleindia.

Smt. Preethi K Reddy has completed her Bachelor of Business Management during 2007.

Executive Director

Mr. Aravind M

Mr. Aravind M is the Executive Director for telecom engineering and Electrical services at Teleindia network Pvt. Ltd.

With over nine years of global diversified experience, Aravind has been instrumental in building and scaling many of Teleindia's businesses successfully. He has a track record for customer centricity, passion for excellence and rigor in execution. He has proven to be a transformational leader and has been instrumental in turning around the various telecom engineering and Electrical services.

Before joining Teleindia, Aravind served with Glow Networks - Part of CSS corp., taking responsibility of leading a team of 30 Members in Network Planning in NLD network, for Reliance communications in DAKC - Mumbai. Later lead a team for Design and Implementation, Integration, testing and maintenance of the DWDM network built using Cisco DWDM - ONS15454 for Common-wealth games-2010 in New Delhi.

Started career with Apprenticeship training in BEML- Earth movers division (Electrical Maintenance) and later worked as Design Engineer for "Future design Technologies" Mysore. Mr Aravind joined Teleindia networks in 2005 (when Teleindia founded) as a Project Engineer working for Nortel networks and Alcatel Lucent. In Nortel projects was involved in various projects like Network Up gradation, New Metro 10G rings Implementation for all major cities in India and one in Philippines where Aravind was a team lead for building a 10G Network for PLDT- "Philippines long Distance Telephone" covering 22 sites. Later he was a Project Manager for Alcatel projects - which includes new implementations of 10G Networks, Channel Up gradation, Software up gradation in DXC- Digital cross connect, Matrix up gradation in DXC, Ring splitting activities for Bharti across India.

Mr. Aravind has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from NIE, Mysore in the year 2003.
